Northline Marketing

Privacy Policy

This policy was last updated January 1, 2026.

Northline Marketing ("Northline," "we," "us") built this policy to explain what information we collect through northline.marketing, how we use it, and what part our software platform, GoHighLevel, plays in that process. If you have a question this page does not answer, use the contact form and ask us directly.

Information We Collect

When you submit the strategy call form on our Contact page, we collect your name, business name and industry, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about what is holding your business back. We do not ask for payment information on this site.

We also collect standard technical information automatically: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location based on IP address. This comes from Google Ads conversion tracking and basic site analytics, used to see which pages and ad campaigns are actually generating strategy call requests.

How We Use GoHighLevel

Our contact form, client communication, and follow-up automations run on GoHighLevel (also called LeadConnector). When you submit a form on this site, your information is sent directly to our GoHighLevel account and stored on GoHighLevel's servers. GoHighLevel acts as our data processor: it stores your contact record, logs your communication history with us, and runs the automations described below. GoHighLevel does not own your data and does not use it for its own marketing.

We use GoHighLevel to run the same kind of automation we build for clients, including missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages after you request a strategy call. Calls to and from our team may be recorded or tracked for training and lead-attribution purposes, consistent with the call tracking we describe in our Google Ads Management service.

Text Message (SMS) Consent

By submitting the contact form or otherwise giving us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Northline Marketing related to your inquiry, scheduling, and follow-up, sent through GoHighLevel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to reach us by phone, email, or the contact form. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and Advertising

This site uses cookies and similar tracking technology from Google Ads and standard web analytics to measure which pages and campaigns lead to strategy call requests. These tools may set cookies in your browser and record which ad or search term brought you to the site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from using the site or submitting the contact form.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact and communication records in GoHighLevel for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver services if you become a client, and meet our own recordkeeping and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and you are not an active client, we will do so within a reasonable time.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers that make this site and our follow-up process work: GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (CRM, forms, and automation), Google (advertising and analytics), and hosting/infrastructure providers that keep the site running. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Northline Marketing, our clients, or others.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through the Contact page. We will respond and, where we are able to, act on your request without charging a fee.

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are meant for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
